Workshop floors
Heavy oil, grease and tyre rubber on concrete and epoxy floors. Holds non-slip texture.
A yeast-powered concentrate built for industrial workshops, machinery, production lines and vehicle fleets. Biodegradable. Low handling risk. Heavy-duty performance.
Heavy oil, grease and tyre rubber on concrete and epoxy floors. Holds non-slip texture.
CNC machines, presses, conveyors, hydraulic units. Removes coolant residue, soot and grease without attacking seals.
Food-adjacent production lines (non-contact surfaces), packaging machinery, palletisers. Biodegradable for compliant disposal.
Trucks, trailers, forklifts, construction equipment. Cuts road grime, brake dust and diesel soot.
Returnable container cleaning between cycles. 1:1 reusable bath at 40 °C reduces fresh-water demand.
Diesel, hydraulic oil and lubricant spills on shop floors, yards and access roads. No solvent fumes.
Note. Neat concentrate not for aluminium, zinc or other amphoteric light metals. At working dilution (1:10 and weaker), aluminium and zinc are safe in practice. Spot test recommended on aged floor coatings.
Standard cured 2K epoxy and PU floor coatings tolerate Yeast Beast Industrial at recommended dilutions (1:20 to 1:60 for routine cleaning, 1:10 for deep cleans). The chemistry attacks the soiling, not the coating.
For floors older than ten years or with unknown coating history, run a 24-hour spot test in a corner before scaling up.
Yeast Beast Industrial is suitable for cleaning non-food-contact surfaces in food production environments (floors, exteriors of machines, packaging lines, walls). For direct food-contact surfaces, follow up with a clean water rinse and verify according to your HACCP plan.
The active matrix is biologically biodegradable (OECD 301B). Methylisothiazolinone is used as a preservative in trace quantity.
Caustic degreasers (NaOH-based) work by saponification at high pH (13+). They are aggressive on skin, eyes and aluminium. Yeast Beast works through a biological cleaning chemistry at moderate pH (10.5 to 11.5), with similar oil-cutting performance but lower handling risk.
For pure carbon-and-soot removal, caustic is still faster. For oil, grease, biofilm and mixed soiling, Yeast Beast typically wins on safety and dwell-time.
Yes. For walk-behind and ride-on auto-scrubbers, dose 1:30 to 1:60 in the solution tank. For pressure washers, use the chemical injector at 1:10 to 1:20, pre-wet the surface, dwell 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse.
The product is low-foaming in machine application. For very heavy oil, a manual pre-treatment with 1:5 dilution speeds things up.
The pure concentrate is not classified as hazardous waste. After use, the spent solution carries the soiling it removed (oil, grease, soot), so disposal must follow local industrial waste-water regulations.
Most municipal oil separators handle the spent solution without issues. We supply a Safety Data Sheet (English/German) and disposal recommendation on request.
