This site is operated as a B2B inquiry portal. We process personal data sparingly and only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

2. Data we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect: company, name, email, country, application sector, your inquiry text. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to B2B inquiries).
3. Hosting
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. Netlify processes IP addresses and request data as part of normal web operation. A data processing agreement is in place. Netlify Forms is used to receive form submissions.
4. Retention
Inquiry data is retained for as long as the business relationship is active and for an additional three years for documentation. Tax-relevant data is retained for ten years per German tax law.
5. Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. Contact us at info@nano4you.de. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of Saarland.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics by default. If we add privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible or Umami) in the future, this section will be updated.
