Pre-commissioning degreasing and post-operation flush. Works with standard pigging.
Drilling equipment, mud pumps, coiled tubing reels, rig floor. Removes lubricants and soot.
Diesel and crude spills on access roads, well pads and storage areas. Plant compatible.
Filter presses, cooling skids, heat exchangers. Reduces fouling between maintenance cycles.
Returnable container cleaning. 1:1 reusable bath at 40 °C.
Note. Neat concentrate not for aluminium and zinc. At working dilution (1:10 and weaker), aluminium and zinc are safe in practice. Always run a 24-hour compatibility test on coated surfaces before full-tank application.
Yeast Beast is produced by NANO4YOU GmbH (Bexbach, Germany) under ISO 9001. Formal approval listings on NOC vendor lists (Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, Kuwait Oil Company, Qatar Petroleum) are pending. We currently ship to independent oilfield service contractors who supply these operators.
For direct NOC qualification, please get in touch via the contact form, we will share the technical dossier and arrange a qualification dialogue.
Standard epoxy phenolic and zinc-silicate linings tolerate Yeast Beast Oilfield at recommended dilutions (1:5 to 1:30). For old or proprietary linings, always run a 24-hour spot test before full-tank application.
The pH of 10.5 to 11.5 is below the threshold that triggers concern for most lining systems, but lining age and surface preparation history affect tolerance.
Yes, as a chemical pre-treatment ahead of mechanical pigging. Typical workflow: flood the line with 1:10 dilution, soak 4 to 12 hours, then run brush or scraper pigs to remove the loosened residue.
For wax or asphaltene-heavy lines, combine with hot water flushing at 40 to 60 °C. For pure hydrate or scale problems, this is not the right chemistry.
Working temperature range is 20 to 60 °C, with optimum performance at 40 to 50 °C. The concentrate is stable in storage between 5 and 40 °C. Avoid freezing (the active matrix loses efficacy below 5 °C and recovers only partially after thawing).
For desert storage, recommend shaded covered storage to keep IBCs below 40 °C ambient.
Standard export package includes: Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (Made in Germany), Safety Data Sheet in English and Arabic on request, technical data sheet. For SASO (Saudi Arabia) or ESMA (UAE) we provide product registration support documents.
